Tricky.Yeah, on the one hand he is so bad at golf that he obviously and blatantly cheats. It's so bad that people have written articles about it.
On the other hand he's pretty much on target when he's fucking things up. Just look at all the casinos he had. Plus all those other failed, ahem, 'businesses' that he had to fuck up intentionally due to his incompetence.
