I would say it’d be more effective to be open about not being a constituent specifically but being a Dem voter elsewhere with strong feelings especially if you’re willing to put an effort into primarying them.
Personally I always prefer honesty, and I myself would be explicit about not being a constitute, but the flip side is that if he's solely focused on the next election and keeping his job (which unfortunately most politicians seem to be), he really may not care about feedback from non-constitutes.

Maybe, you never know. That would be even harder for them to do though, since that is a utility app for working with files, and files are shared between devices.
Some games with this on the store page run natively on Linux. Not sure how it works, does the Linux version just not use the anticheat?
They may be a native Linux-supported game.
Otherwise, I know Easy Anti-Cheat is available on Steam for Linux, you install it just like if it's its own game, then other games use it. I don't know about any other anti-cheat software.
