  • That tracking method seems to require the user to have an official app from Meta installed on their phone, so third party apps like this should be immune.

  • It's generally okay to have uBlock on the Tor Browser as your only extension, as it's not uncommon (Mullvad Browser also has uBlock and it's based on Tor Browser). Although it might be a good idea to keep its settings untouched.

  • Lol if you knew where I live you wouldn't be saying that. Anyway I don't see how buying food from a farmer is a priviledge, but correct me if I'm wrong (with an actual argument).

  • Why should I trust Ground News, a for-profit company, on what the media biases are?

  • People should visit their local farmers market more often and stop buying neatly packaged trash

  • And this is how you make a meme, fellow kids!

  • How so?

  • I stopped using MEGA recently, I think it's becoming shadier than ever... Who even owns MEGA at this point? I thought it was the government of New Zealand? Also, seems like they introduced ads into their mobile app, which is unacceptable imo

  • There are people with addictions who live in car centric places and need to drive. Should we stop those people from living a normal life because of a medical condition? Probably leading to it worsening = more drinking

I think it's a more complicated issue than it seems at surface level and a real solution needs to be nuanced.

  • Isnt using Librewolf kinda pointless if youre installing proprietary software on it?

  • What if I told you your opinion doesn't mean shit

  • This is cringe. Feminism is not supposed to erase queer folks nor antagonize men.

  • Installed it the other day and I like it a lot so far

  • You can achieve a similar thing in Firefox with auto delete browsing data in settings, then adding excluded websites.

  • Id say support Firefox development, maybe premium access to some of Mozilla's services, possibly cosmetics in browser
