I'm the worst poster you've ever heard of, but you have heard of me Also profile pic is ai so if someone can translate the words I'll switch it up if it's rude

  • Update: (to eventually dox myself with) Free bike front inner tube popped inside of Walmart as I bought the bike lock, then replaced the front inner tube in the store, after a lady thought I was shoplifting, but I pointed to the very obvious rust, filled it in the bike aisle with an air pump without opening it(more I think? Idk), biked on my way back to find a vape along the way, annnnd the back tire popped (EXPLODED) three miles away... Now I got to slog my way back to do it again... later... Back though, legs hort (but 53 miles so far, on this... Journey... And then... A guaranteed 63 ( unless things keep going the way they are)

  • Haven't watched any grocery hauls on rednote yet but all the more reason to redownload it and I'm sure it's crazy compared to us grocery shopping where $40 is lucky to cover bottom the cart

  • Only took a day for meeee

  • I just ban myself. Things are usually better that way. But I have seen that I've got a unique tinge to how I'm unhinged that isn't quite replicable. There was some bit awhile ago I wanted to jump in on and do since it was right there and no one else to my knowledge did it. Was as memorable as Storm Crow yet didn't see anyone come up with anything snappy along the same vein. Further proof we don't need ai, just more comrades.

  • Please stop... You're listing more reasons for me to continue being a hermit and disassociate... Good bit though have an upbear

  • Cost of living seems better for sure, at least what I've seen on tik tok in regards to rent.

  • My legs are hella chaffed but I got a bike now, I just need a lock now, but can't really leave the bike anywhere to do my donation and hope it's still there when I'm finished. Looking into what to do about that, whether I hide it or if there's a program for locks and lights, they didn't have any where I got the bike from due to bad actors pawning everything for cash.

  • Tbh, I'm not really certain about any of that. I don't have any money for a plane ticket much less a passport, so I've never looked into anything like that. That and I'm not much for coaching others through their fitness journey as I don't have any credentials to support a career path such as that. I merely know the basics: form is absolutely key, full r.o.m., consistency, and progressive overload. I'm split on some methods like Mike Mentzer, where one does greater weight rather than volume of reps/sets on one hand you can get results quickly in relation to strength vs muscle mass ( in my brief experience with loading up the bar with my pr and coming back to do extra reps of 1 rest and repeat until continuing to do more reps as I progressed through drop sets) on the other risk of injury is much greater and maintaining form throughout is an absolute must.

However, if you have a tangible, reasonable, and actionable plan forming, I'd say go for it. I'm sure there are comrades that can be trusted through dms to help with making that a reality. I'm just not certain how you should proceed given the constraints of maintaining opsec.

  • Still $0, going to start my 10mi march to where they're giving away free bikes...

  • $0 still so far and the data cap on my phone plan is making doing anything a hassle, much less set up more cash app apps. Might have a job though, they're reviewing the application and it's been the most I've heard from the hundreds of jobs I've applied to.
