  • Danke. Genau dies. Hier wird einfach in nichts mehr investiert. Strassen, Brücken, Schienen alleine schon. Und dann kommt jedesmal der überrascht blickende Blitzhamster, wenn mal wieder voll gesperrt werden muss, weil alles marode ist. Konnte ja keiner mir rechnen.

  • I bought a cheap 55" 4k. The "smartest" functions are menus for color correction, sound and choice of input source. It runs perfectly fine on my desktop as an additional 4k monitor with 60hz. And it doesn't try to phone home.

  • I've made the switch to Bazzite this week. First on my Legion Go. And after that worked mostly out of the box and without any hassle I installed it to my desktop. And it really is the first time I feel like I'm not missing something or have a use case that would not be covered. Steam/Proton really is a killer combination and will in my opinion be the thing that will make people consider to switch.

It's the same with music. Many songs are written to perform by metrics, like length and listener retention in the first 30 seconds, so that you reach the magical monetization line on the streaming platform of your labels choice.
