  • This "challenge" has been going on some before widespread internet access.

  • Of course not. Zuckerberg is 13 years younger and actively trains MMA. Elon is fat, spends all day tweeting bullshit, and is probably addicted to ketamine.

Zuck legitimately might kill Elon on accident if that fight happened. (But fuck em both)

  • You know Texas is in a bad place when Dan Crenshaw is like our fifth-worst politician

  • Yeah. It's got all kinds of problems but at its core it "basically works" in a way that Salesforce hasn't quite figured out, at least for a developer's workflow.

  • Salesforce is (unsurprisingly) tailored towards sales teams, not necessarily dev teams. They've been branching out into more of a "full business solution" but the dev stuff isn't really a strong competitor with the bigger names like Atlassian.

Slack (which, admittedly, was acquired by Salesforce) is probably the closest comparison to this.

  • As does Google chat. It's been standard for years now.

  • I believe hosting a lottery and not actually paying out is also illegal.

  • Alaska, Canada, Russia, a few on the -stans.

This is the longest straight-line all-water route on earth.

  • The short answer: fungus and algae work together and create a multi-organism structure.

    The medium answer: [this meme]

The long answer: [years of graduate school]

  • I mean yeah, that's funny, but I just like high quality pixel art and 2000 was the last generation before they ditched that (or I guess, the pixels got too small to see)

  • I prefer 2000, myself

  • Toilets with threatening auras, you say?

(Bonus points: this bathroom was labeled "country" and the one next to it was labeled "western")

  • Is here a joke here? All I see is truth.

  • Alas, still depressed

  • It's not that an individual pig will revert to a wild hog, but the genes we selected for in domesticated pigs are so recessive, that it only takes about 3 generations to get from domesticated to wild hog. And considering their gestational period is around 4 months, and it only takes about 6 months for them to be fully grown... 3 generations can happen pretty quickly.

  • One could argue that the non profit has largely done its job at this point so it's only a symbolic victory.

  • They also were allied with groups of confederate rednecks with the understanding "we have incredibly different worldviews, but we're both poor and it's because of the rich folks in power"

The three-letter-agencies could not allow that kind of class consciousness so they assassinated Fred Hampton.

  • Famous chefs who have more people requesting them than they have time in the day, so they go to whoever pays the most.

Like, Gordon Ramsey still does private events, but only if they pay more than he could be making with his TV deals.
