Since when has using turn signals been the "normal"?
For the last 20 years, 90% of the drivers are so lazy that they can't be bothered to lift their finger a half inch even if it means preventing an accident or death...
As a motorcyclist, fuck each and everyone of you that's not using a blinker....
After thinking about it a bit, towns with a large corporate presence, like a major grocery store etc., but no Walmart, would fall somewhere in between rural and urban. Low or no corporate presence is almost always a rural town.
First time I heard about was after it failed...
