Not in general no. I was more refering to how I have seen .ml users too encline to defend Russias decision to invade Ukraine. That's what my comment was more refering to/implying.
Well yeah obviously something is wrong with the setup but then I am wondering why the CFO and CEO are in the last global meetings saying stuff like "please really try to use AI in your workflow, it is really good". They use the same setup than me.
I'm no big fan of Russia, but the paper does read as strong propaganda. Any country with a slight conflict risk -and russia is at war- should prepare for internet shutdowns. It's no shocker they advise to be ready to get the cash out.
