People are definitely talking about that. Maybe not in the media but in the affected industries.
It was different when we weren't living in a software as a service world. You could be mono platform but since you had complete control you didn't have to worry you could roll out how you wanted.
Crowd strike by it's very nature is supposed to be live updated throughout the day as threats emerge.
If we want services like these maybe we need to come up with better ways to isolate them from the kernel while still allowing crowdstrike type software to detect threats
Solving the crowdstrike problem could solve kernel level anti cheat software too
Right, not only do I not have a problem with this - but it SHOULD be rewarded.
Personally I beat the v1.1 version of the game back in Oct 2016 - but I purchased the game a second time on android because a) i wanted to support a cross platform port and b) the guy really deserves it.
I like it when I have the option to support a developer more, but it isn't expected or required.
You know user.js is just Firefox about:config flags built into Firefox from the tor upscale project...you can literally just do about:config and read the setup. Or read the source.
As someone who uses ff with a user script I can totally see why someone would want the convenience of this built in out of the box. We can have both. And a person can use both.
You can probably make a pretty fair guess based on the release date of the phone. You know it will be less than that age.
I'm not sure what you'd get out of this information. A rough estimate of Battery wear?
Other then that it's not like the age of the device is that useful?
You won't find it on device and if it's second hand you're not going to be able to look it up. I'm not even sure if a carrier would tell you... It's information about someone else.
They're not a "disruptor" in an industry when they give away the product for free at a loss...they're just anti-competitive. We got a free ride at the cost of basically destroying all competition for Google. They got to sit back and chill and now they can reap the benefits of zero competition... eg doing whatever the fuck they want since there's no competitive alternative.
Uber did this too. Remember when you didn't have to tip?
Only lawyers and politicians would be dumb enough to break DNS
