Marxist-Leninist. Tankie. Based in the imperial vassal state of Japan.

  • That...should be a fairly easy thing to look up?

It is a nationalistic pro-Israel movement that believes that Israel has claims/owns the land that belongs to Palestine. It could be further broken down into just believing that a Jewish state should exist, but it tends to be more closely related to the Israel we know of today. The movement is fundamentally rooted in the subjugation we see of the Palestinian people today.

Israel likes to try to conflate zionism with being Jewish in general, so that they can handwave away any opposition as being antisemitic and racist. However, notably many Jewish people are themselves not Zionists. Many have been outspoken in support of Palestine in fact. Zionism has nothing really to do with racial identity.

  • "Not every civilian in the NAZI Party was a Nazi".

By definition, yes they were. I have to admit, I don't think I have ever heard someone make the claim that "the nazi is actually not a nazi" before. They usually try to put a little bit more effort into it.

  • I don't think it is the sole reason but they ARE representative of the voting US population. The 65+ demographic has the highest voter turnout within their age group.

In my country, voting is almost entirely the domain of the elderly. I can count on one hand the number of people in my age range I know that actually go out and vote.

I think there is also some portion of belief that "this person has a lot of experience so must be better suited for the job".

  • Always gotta love the faux-confidence the libs have of knowing they are always right, because they can dismiss anyone who doesn't agree with them as biased/a shill/propagandist.

Heaven forbid somebody engage in an intellectually honest debate with somebody with a differing opinion. Even if somebody IS spouting propaganda, you don't become tainted by having a discussion with them; you might even convince a third party who is viewing.
