I eat fried eggs over easy most days of the week. I've had sushi and sashimi multiple times. Never had steak tartar and I don't drink anymore though.Haven't heard of runny egg yolk posing the same risk of containing harmful bacteria as raw milk. Steak tartar and sushi fish have to come from certified producers as far as i know. Surely raw milk is the same. But I doubt anyone eats those things every day of the week, throughout the day, like they do with milk.
