The punctuation mark is just a Punkt. But not sure if it’s actually used as a term of agreement much. Sometimes it’s used by people after they finished their sentence to highlight that they are extra serious and won’t accept disagreement. A bit like STOP in telegraphy.
Zeitraum means period in the epoch sense. It was a very 💅 Zeitraum for sure.
