Would be nice to have an idea of like “hey you need more vitamin whatever you can get it by eating more such and such”.

Something that is free would be a huge bonus obviously, considering my broke ass

Idk that it’ll be ok you need spinach or whatever, but as far as diet apps go, macrofactor is easily the best I’ve ever used. It’s not free though.

I use MyFitnessPal. It has a really good database of grocery store products and can scan barcodes. I think it has ads now but you can either use adblock or revanced can patch out the ads.

There might be something better now, I haven’t looked in years

IDK if it includes food suggestions, but I did a quick search on F-Droid and found this app. Based on the screenshots, it tracks nutrients down to individual vitamins and nutrients.

There are lots! I used “Carb Manager - Keto Diet tracker” on my android and liked it better than My Fitness Pal which is the popular one. You don’t necessarily need to be tracking carbs or doing keto but it tracks your macros and the barcode scanner is pretty reliable

Edit: ah I just saw you want something thats free that tracks vitamins/nutrients, you gotta pay for that. I shall hunt for another one

Edit edit: I havent used it but I have seen Cronometer suggested a bunch and I think that one is more nutrient focused and free
