Brazen international assassination of foreign civilians? I am disturbed only by the fact that I am not even the slightest bit surprised.

The entire planet needs to boycott and embargo the US. No more playing nice. The world doesn’t need the US, but the US doesn’t realize how much it needs the rest of the world.

“Every boatload of any form of drug that poisons the American people is an imminent threat. And at the DoD our job is to defeat imminent threats,”

Oh cool, so you’re going to bomb shipping boats with alcohol in them next, right?

    Fun Fact:

The US Navy has been doing this against suspected pirates for decades.

Suspected pirates meaning anyone that doesn’t answer their radio near Africa.

Near Africa in a piracy lane alongside Canada, Australia, and I think Italy iirc?

Oh and protecting shipping lanes has always been legal in the same way, try to keep approaching a ship of the line in like 1650 and you’d get swept with deck guns then too.

There’s lots of reasons to dislike the us for but sanctioned anti piracy actions aren’t likely to be one especially given the surrounding countries explicit permission and statutory authority.

The US is definitely a terrorist organization. But that doesn’t mean other counties can blow up civilian boats carrying US citizens (without violating internal law)
