I have a Tern bike, and love it. But…

The Vektron S10 Airstream is priced at $3,699, while the HSD P5I Airstream rolls out at $5,099.

Bro, GTFO, you’re high AF with those prices 😂😂😂

I like it pretty well, the gates drive and Nexus 8 hub are super low maintenance. While it doesn’t fold as small as a trifold, it still folds small enough for my purposes. If you’re looking for a folding bike and don’t need it to fold down as tiny as a Brompton, I’d recommend checking them out (especially if you are looking for a belt driven bike). They aren’t great on super steep hills, but most of the hills in my area are moderate so it works well enough.

If you want something similar but with a chain, I’d recommend looking into Dahon, Zizzo, and Tern: They all make decent folders.

I’ve got a Tern Link D8 already, and it’s pretty great. I don’t actually need it to be folding, but the folding feature has come in handy quite a few times. I can’t complain about the build quality, and since I wax my chains, it is fairly low maintenance as it is. But yeah, gates plus a nexus hub are on another level.

They’re branded editions of the HSD and Vektron. No weight or size changes; just colorway and airstream brand badges.
