Recipe. Photo just before the bread drank in all the yummy broth. Mines not vegan because I use regular parmesan.

    Re veganism: if you used wine, it’s probably not vegan anyway, as most (especially white) wines use animal products in the fining process. Vegan wine from the US is often specially marked with something about fining or filtering, but it’s hard to tell in general.

      Interesting. I’m not vegan, so it doesn’t matter to me. The recipe specifically calls for Prosecco, which i used, but I don’t know if it was vegan.

      I try to eat at least half my meals without meat, so I get a lot of recipes from vegan sites like this, but I use regular dairy products.

      actually most prosecco is naturally vegan because it typically uses bentonite clay (not animal products) for fining, unlike many still wines that use gelatin or isinglass!
