I think this was a chapo bit, years ago. I remember chapo referring to Trump as the “whitehat pedophile”, to make fun of pizzagaters/qanon. A whitehat hacker is a hacker who uses their experience to stop other hackers. The joke was that qanon secretly believed that Trump would use his experience as a pedophile to stop other pedophiles.

Let us all remember that for reactionaries (and hell, most liberals), morality is a weapon to be wield to get what they want, not a standard to be applied to all people across time. So many times I’ve thought “well at least when they do it, I can claim this”, only for them to not give a fuck. Never again am I falling for this shit.
For them, morality is a thing to keep the Lessers in line. It doesn’t apply to those at the top of the hierarchy because that would violate the idea of a hierarchy.
Yep. Good and Evil are not based on actions, but are inherent traits. Their team is the “good team” and therefore any and all behaviour is excusable, while their enemies are the “bad team” and therefore everything they do is pure evil, even when it is something good, like destroying poverty, it must be secretly bad somehow, because they are the bad guys.
