If there’s one thing the pandemic has made clear, it’s that there’s a lot of crazy assholes out there.
And not enough toilet paper.
Alright who’s gonna be the first anti covid schizo to reply to this post.
Am I allowed to fake it so I’m finally first at something?
go for it
I felt so sorry for retail workers when I read a sign on a store that said they weren’t the ones making the rules and harassing them over it will result in a ban.
I couldn’t even imagine the shit they’ve been through at this point.
I had a chair thrown at me at work because I told a father he couldn’t pull said chair up to the table because they were all replaced specifically to be 2m away and they weren’t allowed to be changed.
Regulary remember the guy that got shot, because he would deny service to a guy, who wouldn’t wear his mask
Told off an old guy who was waiting in line at a grocery store during covid. I was directly behind him. This fuck actually had the audacity to call the store from the line, request a manager, and then told that manager over the phone that they had better do something about it or he would.
Made it my purpose to piss him off after that.
I couldn’t even imagine being this entitled.
Anytime that one guy starts taking about politics at work. I’m just trying to eat next week, fuck off.
…and now I’m depressed again
I like wearing a mask, I don’t get told to smile anymore
Wait no
One guy did tell me to smile more when I had a mask on. I stared at him. Baffled. He seemed to realize he was being stupid and just fucking booked it.
Smiling doesn’t just involve shaping your lips into an upwards arch. Usually your eyes are involved as well. This can be seen even when you’re wearing a mask over your mouth.
:-) vs ^_^
Why did you explain this?
Because the comment implied that smiles couldn’t be seen with a mask on.
Maybe not. Maybe it implied how fucking obnoxious it is to comment on other people’s bodies without being asked.
True, didn’t think of that.
I wasn’t looking directly at him and had fogged eyeglasses (major drawback of masks, how dare they and glasses do that) so it was overall weird!
My husband went to a conference 2 weeks ago in Florida. Blue collar industry, no one is vaccinated, no one wearing a mask. He came home and immediately had Covid (we are both vaccinated). I got it too. Motherfuckers. Oh, and if he wore a mask there is a very serious chance he’d be shunned at work, which we can’t afford.
This, every day.
Two of my distant in-laws both got covid last week and are… gutting through it. Neither have had boosters, neither wear masks even though they both have wide ranges of significant health issues.
They’re turning the frogs gay!
