    Except it’s their kids who are impacted are the ones we feel bad for, not them. (and I know their own kids could be considered as part of a Darwin award through a strict interpretation, but I’d rather not.)

      If they have kids that survive, they are ineligible for a Darwin. The award is about ending their line in a stupid way, not just dying.

        which is why if they take their kids with them, they technically should be eligible again.
