This is so true. For me I write every morning 3 easy to achieve goals down and reflect on yesterdays goals in my “success journal”. Todays goals are: make my bed, a nice walk during lunch break and to only drink one extra cup of coffee (I realized too much coffee is bad for my sleep). All very easy to achieve but I know tomorrow when I tick all of them off I will have a nice feeling of accomplishment to start my day.
I failed my task of “Don’t lose your shit at work again dumbass”.
One week I might succeed, will have to wait till next week to see if/when I fail it again.
