Did you just use some made-up term, so that you could deflect from the real issue? In reality, being trans is not a health problem. I know you want to pretend it is one, so that you can say it’s similar to asthma, but you’re wrong.

Do you even know what the real issue is?

Never said it’s similar to asthma, but trans people do have to take hormones for the rest of their lives, and there’s a lot of disqualifiers for military service as it is. It’s not like joining a health spa. It’s not just the lives of trans, it’s the lives of everyone in the unit. And I know that combat units won’t be able to handle that yet. And you may say that they should, but you can’t just throw one in there and expect them to handle it, especially when it’s a job that deals with life and death.

You don’t understand. You’re just a virtue signaler that won’t volunteer to join the military.

Do I care? Nope. But i wouldn’t have a problem if there’s a waiver, and keeps them out of combat arms. Can’t take hormones when you’re in a long ass firefight or skirmish. Can’t stop evading from an enemy threat just so you can administer those meds. Convoys won’t risk driving over IEDs just to deliver them.

They’d be better suited for support roles if anything.

Keep being butthurt about stuff you don’t understand.

Imagine calling some a “virtue signaler” and then saying the words “Do I care? Nope.” Lmao.

So, what’s weird to me is that these people seemed to do just fine in the military, and are now being booted for being trans. So, what’s the problem? I mean, the obvious flaw is that not all trans people have to take hormones, and this ban targets people who don’t take hormones the same as those that do. But even if they did have to take hormones, they were doing fine before, so what’s the issue?

It seems silly to me that the military, with record low recruitment, would ban a population that has a far higher degree of joining them due to a lot of really shitty factors.

They were able to join because the military lowered their standards because of the low recruitment numbers lol
