I don’t think that’s super accurate, Paul has a whole thing (depicted in Romans) where he preaches to the Gentiles that god doesn’t play favorites, and good people follow his law regardless. He chooses to illustrate it by saying it’s not the circumcision on your body that counts, but the one in your heart, which is objectively funny.
That’s right after he said the Greeks depraved because of all the gay sex, so maybe a little less judgement on that part, Paul.
Paul says a lot of things that contradict Jesus, just like the gospels contradict a lot of things in the old testament.
All of the Judaism spinoff books change the original theology to match their new conceptions of what a god is or should be.
None of them go into enough detail about how the foreskin blood magic works though to really be enticing.
