It’s worth noting that all of the 15 voting to restrict arms sales were Democrats.

So 15% of the senate, 30% of the partizan faction in the Democratic Party feels this way.
It may be that this is an issue that is large enough to be electorally relevant.

Better Plan: vote in representatives that represent you, and stop listening to those that make you feel warm and fuzzy. But, this is a harder plan. Requires the majority of voters to, you know, try.
They will never resign, we’ll need to force them out.
