I am confident that adding AI slop will surely clarify why anyone would want a face computer. If they can figure out a way to get crypto in there, whoa, this thing is going to the moon.
Well now it’s certainly worth the cost.
Lack of AI was the only reason I didn’t spend 3500 dollars.
I must say the uselessness of Apple AI for me so far does not make me optimistic that this will improve anything
Lovense integration, Pornhub vr 1st party support, group chat asmr, renpy engine to vr compatibility layer
I really hope this thing fails. The whole concept was poorly executed from the price to the operating system. If it was possible to modify the UX like you can with macOS I could see a developer turning it into a gaming device, but as it stands it’s just an iPad you strap to your face. It also only shipped with only an M2 base processor in the M3 generation which is mind boggling to me for a device that everyone wants to use as a gaming device.
Methinks they had a C-suite discussion and decided to put the M2 in because if they added the M3, then the price of the device would cost $5,000 instead of $3,000.
