What if I give the volcano some gifts? Maybe just a sacrifice or two as a treat?

You know if you feed it, you’re gonna have to keep feeding it.

Unfortunately the crater is under a glacier at the moment so it wouldn’t be so simple as walking your chosen offering to the caldera rim and giving it a hip check.

Awww! I begged my mom for my own volcano when I was a kid. She even said that if I saved up my allowance, I could have one a couple of weeks from when I asked.

Sadly, she feigned no memory of said promise after those couple of weeks. And my dreams of having a pet volcano were dashed.

    😢

It might be for the best. I got a small shield volcano when I was little, and all the basalt spilling out over the carpet was a nightmare for my dad to clear up. Didn’t bother me though!

I’m sick of getting volcanoes from my grandma. I just regift them, still wrapped, at this point.

What do I even have to do? Sacrifice virgins to it?

Isn’t that like selling someone a bridge?

Bridges don’t just appear out of nowhere! Someone has to do it.
