FBI 302 Interviews — 'New' Trump Sexual Assault Allegations

FBI 302 Interviews — Trump Sexual Assault Allegations Released March 5, 2026

Four FBI documents containing sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump by a minor were uploaded to the DOJ's Epstein Files website on Wednesday, March 5, 2026 at 9:20 PM (21:20) GMT — over five weeks after the initial DS12 release on Thursday, January 30, 2026. The DOJ stated the files were "incorrectly coded as duplicative." Their existence was first reported missing by CNN on Monday, February 24, 2026.

The documents detail four FBI contacts with a woman who reported being sexually abused by Jeffrey Epstein starting at approximately age 13 in South Carolina, and being taken to New York or New Jersey where Epstein introduced her to Trump.

[Trigger warning: graphic descriptions of non consensual sexual acts.]

FBI Crisis Intake (EFTA02858497, p.1): The call that started it all — two days after Epstein's arrest, a woman reported her friend "was forced to perform oral sex on President Trump approximately 35 years ago" at age 13-14.

The Files

1. EFTA02858497.pdf (71 KB, 2 pages) — FBI Crisis Intake, Mon, July 8, 2019 The original FBI hotline call. A woman called the NTOC at 1:43 PM (13:43) EDT to report that her friend, then living in Portland, Oregon, "was forced to perform oral sex on President Trump approximately 35 years ago in the state of New Jersey" at age 13-14. The friend "allegedly bit President Trump while performing oral sex" and "was allegedly hit in the face after she laughed about biting him." The caller also confirmed her friend was abused by Epstein. This call came two days after Epstein's arrest on Sat, July 6, 2019.

2. EFTA02858481.pdf (565 KB, 10 pages) — FD-302 Interview Two, Wed, August 7, 2019 The most substantive document. The victim describes Epstein taking her off the island when she was 13-15, driving or flying her to New York or New Jersey, and introducing her to "someone with money, money... It was Donald Trump." In a tall building with huge rooms, Trump asked everyone to leave the room and said: "Let me teach you how little girls are supposed to be." He unzipped his pants and forced her head "down to his penis." She "bit the shit out of it." Trump struck her and said: "get this little bitch the hell out of here." She states she had two additional interactions with Trump beyond this one. She also heard Trump and Epstein discussing blackmail and heard Trump "talking about washing money through casinos." The document also details the victim's broader abuse by Epstein: Polaroid photographs, drugs (alcohol, marijuana, cocaine, acid), being sent on "missions" to find "young girls who wanted to party," and the blackmail of her mother that led to embezzlement and federal prison.

FD-302 Interview Two (EFTA02858481, p.8): The victim describes Trump asking everyone to leave the room, then forcing her head "down to his penis." She bit him. He struck her and said: "get this little bitch the hell out of here." She also reports Trump and Epstein used terms like "fresh meat" and "not jaded" to refer to girls.

3. EFTA02858491.pdf (214 KB, 4 pages) — FD-302 Interview Three, Wed, August 20, 2019 Agents asked for additional detail on the Trump assault. The victim clarified that when Trump struck her, he "pulled [her] hair and punched [her] on the side of [her] head." The bulk of this interview documents years of threatening phone calls and vehicular intimidation she attributed to Epstein's and Trump's associates — "we know where you're at, you need to keep your mouth shut." She described 4-5 incidents of being run off the road on Interstate 5. When asked about increased threats in recent years, she looked at her attorney and said: "when he was running..." Her attorney completed: "...more tracks to cover."

FD-302 Interview Three (EFTA02858491, p.3): The victim describes decades of threatening calls and vehicular intimidation. When asked about increased threats, she looks at her attorney and says: "when he was running..." Her attorney completes: "...more tracks to cover."

4. EFTA02858495.pdf (70 KB, 2 pages) — FD-302 Interview Four, Wed, October 16, 2019 The final interview, two months after Epstein's death on Sat, August 10, 2019. The victim attended without an attorney, declined to be recorded, and asked the agents: "what's the point?" She was aware the statute of limitations had likely passed. The agents encouraged her to go home and take as much time as she needed. The interview ended. A separate FBI email from summer 2025 notes: "one identified victim claimed abuse by Trump but ultimately refused to cooperate."

Why They Were Withheld

The DOJ claimed the files were "incorrectly coded as duplicative" during the review process. However:

  • The EFTA numbers (02858xxx) are far above existing DS12 files (02731xxx), meaning new production stamps were minted rather than releasing files from the original production volume
  • Each page carries dual Bates stamps — the original production numbers (EFTA 00057731–00057768 and EFTA 00109201–00109202) and the new EFTA02858xxx stamps — proving the documents existed in the original volume
  • Only one of the four interviews (Interview One, EFTA01245620 in DS9) was included in the January 30 release. It is the only interview in which the victim does not mention Trump
  • The prosecution disclosure index (EFTA00095751) lists all four interviews as having been produced to the Maxwell defense team in April 2021

What the Victim Alleged

Per the FBI's own records across all four interviews:

  • Epstein sexually abused her starting at ~13 in South Carolina
  • He blackmailed her mother using explicit photographs of the victim
  • Mother embezzled to pay Epstein; was sent to federal prison
  • Epstein associate Jim Atkins (Ohio university connection) also assaulted her
  • Epstein took her to NYC/NJ and introduced her to Trump
  • Trump sexually assaulted her (forced oral sex) when she was 13-15
  • She bit Trump; he struck her and ejected her from the room
  • She had at least 2 additional interactions with Trump
  • Trump and Epstein discussed blackmail together; Trump discussed "washing money through casinos"
  • She was threatened for decades: phone calls, vehicular intimidation on I-5
  • Threats increased during an unspecified political campaign ("when he was running...")
  • She ultimately declined to cooperate further with the FBI

The allegations remain unverified. The White House called them "completely baseless accusations, backed by zero credible evidence." The victim (likely Jane Doe 4 in Epstein estate litigation) was deemed ineligible for the Epstein Victims' Compensation Program and later received a financial settlement after voluntarily dismissing her lawsuit.

Other Files in the Same Upload

The March 5 upload included 8 files total in the EFTA02858xxx range, not just the 4 Trump-related documents. The additional 4:

EFTA02858445.pdf (502 KB, 8 pages) — FD-302 interview dated Fri, January 10, 2020 in New York City. Victim interview with AUSAs present. Interviewee emigrated to the US; details pending full analysis.

EFTA02858453.pdf (463 KB, 8 pages) — FD-302 interview at Club at Admirals Cove, 200 Admirals Cove Blvd, Jupiter, FL. Victim reports being molested from approximately age six. Attorneys Chris Rodgers and Mike Danchuk present.

EFTA02858461.pdf (204 KB, 4 pages) — Interview with Janusz Banasiak, Epstein's house manager in Florida. Describes hiring process (interviewed by Ghislaine Maxwell then Epstein), the household manual, petty cash procedures, phone protocols, and corrects a prior statement about Epstein's phone book (silver/metal covers, not black).

EFTA02858465.pdf (1.4 MB, 16 pages) — FBI Tactical Intelligence Report, Fri, March 13, 2020. Classified LAW ENFORCEMENT SENSITIVE. Research on Suelyn Medeiros, a known associate of Peter Nygard, cross-referenced with Epstein case. Documents Nygard's "pamper parties" in the Bahamas and Los Angeles — 30-50 girls, free nail and massage services used as enticement for sexual assault of teens.
