Federated blog platforms? (ideally lightweight)

So I am trying to get a blog running on my VPS, and I already managed to use WordPress for that, but I really would like something a bit more basic. I also managed to get writefreely running and was not impressed with that (unlike WP it basically just pushed a single link post into the fediverse and didn't allow any further interactions).Plume doesn't seem to be developed anymore.Is there any other app for single-users that allows federation?
