Can anyone suggest me a book or a youtube channel or something to help a teenage girl learn about abuse?

I got a relative who I want to help understand these kind of things, yk like I want her to learn when to say no and how to not get manipulated and like to have high self esteem. I don't exactly know how to explain and what I'm looking for exactly but I found out she has a very bad misunderstanding of how people should treat her.
