BRACKLEY, England—The U.K. has a pothole plague. These Brits won’t rest until the blights are out of Blighty.
Gearheads including rock star Rod Stewart and TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson have groused about the problem. Residents have held pothole parties to draw attention to the craters. Some have spray painted lewd images around the holes or built dioramas in them to pressure local officials for fixes. A few have tried to fill the hollows in themselves.
